Ribeira da Janela is the name of a parish that is named after the longest und most stunning river on the Island of Madeira. The river rises in the middle of the mountains and flows into the Atlantic Ocean. Near the coast are the famous small islands of the Ribeira da Janela, made of fascinating rock formations that characterize the seascape.
